About the Position
Tephra Inc. is seeking a highly skilled ITSM Technical Solution Expert to join our team. As a Senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for developing and implementing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of our IT department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure effective integration of ServiceNow with other 3rd party systems or in-house tools.
- Provide guidance to ServiceNow resources on implementation, integration, data transfer, support, and development, including enhancement requests.
Requirements
- 12-15 years of experience in administration/implementation/configuration of an ITSM solution in medium to large organizations.
- 5-8 years of experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow in areas such as ITxM (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM), CSM, SPO, and Scoped Application solutions.
- Strong knowledge of web-based development languages, specifically JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
