The Administrator will be responsible for overall administrative management and operation of the facility. Administrator shall manage, direct, and coordinate all activities of the facility as they relate to the physical and psychological well-being of the resident.

Qualifications
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of healthcare administration normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in a health or business discipline from an accredited program
- Master’s Degree in business or health administration beneficial
- A Current Wisconsin Nursing Home Administration licensure
- A minimum of three years of experience in health care management with an emphasis on nursing home management necessary to enhance and develop skills
