Job Purpose and Objectives:
Assist in collection of data, inspections, and valuation of real estate property in Reno County for ad valorem tax purposes.
Position Requirements and Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed in the attached job description are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Successful completion of IAAO 101, USPAP (15 hr.), PVD Property Tax Law, PVD Orion Introduction, and PVD Residential/Agricultural Data Collection within 2 years in position.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Field Appraiser I Residential/Agricultural.
- Employee is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all certification requirements relative to the position.
