What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Supervisor position at Reno Door & Trim?
Reno Door & Trim is currently hiring for a Field Manager. Must have experience in consturction management preferrably in finish carpentry. Must know how to install interior, and exterior doors, millwork, and hardware.... Must be reliable and dependable. This position will require a very detail oriented candidate with strong organizational skills, and a strong ability to maintain and manage schedules. This position will over see the construction of multiple projects and piece work / laborers..., and work in direct communication with Contractors, construction managers, and homeowners. Candidates must show a controlled demeanor, with the ability to analyze and problem solve potential issues. This is a direct report position and will report to General Field Foreman. Salary is DOE. Company truck with gas card will be provided. Must provide own tools. We offer a health plan, with PTO. Hours are from 7:00am to 3:30pm Mon. - Fri.
