Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage appointment schedules for patients, ensuring optimal use of resources and time.
- Provide clerical support, including filing and maintaining accurate medical records.
- Utilize medical administrative systems to input, update, and retrieve patient information.
- Communicate with patients regarding their appointments, including confirmations and reminders.
- Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and addressing patient inquiries promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support efficient operations.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the facility.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospital or medical administrative support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using medical systems such as Dentrix is highly desirable.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry and record management.
- Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
