We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This full-time position is critical to our team, responsible for providing support for the sales team by creating estimates for a wide range of printing services, apparel decoration, and promotional items. This position will also work directly with customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to gather all the essential project details, including budget, specifications, and customer details.
- Develop product pricing for a wide range of printing services, including offset, digital, promotional items, apparel, large format, signage, mailers, shipping, and freight.
- Work closely with the production team to understand project requirements, production schedules, timelines, and pricing.
- Utilize internal project management software to enter and manage projects, including assigning tasks across various departments.
- Leverage your research skills to identify cost-effective solutions using our internal tools and databases.
- Develop precise cost estimates that meet customer needs and adhere to company standards.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members, customers, and vendors regarding job specs, costs, and production methods.
- Analyze project requirements, work within budgets, and perform calculations with precision.
- Demonstrate a quick learning ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Provide valuable feedback to improve our estimation processes and tools.
- Maintain pricing worksheets for customers.
- Analyze existing pricing for consistency and competitiveness.
- Handle other tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A strong analytical mind and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in math and financial calculations.
- Proficiency in computers with a range of software knowledge including spreadsheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
- Experience with QuickBooks software is a plus!
- A passion for problem-solving and a desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Hours: Full-Time 8:30 am to 5 pm. Monday -Friday (Part-Time NOT available for this position.)
Must be able to work in a DRUG & SMOKE-FREE working environment.
Must be able to pass a drug test using 2020 guidelines.
