Reno Staffing is looking for a dispatcher for a plumbing contractor in the Reno, NV!

Shift : Monday - Friday 7 : 00 a.m.-5 : 00 p.m.
Pay : $20 / hr.
Location : Reno, NV 89502
Summary :
The dispatcher will be in charge of scheduling, billing and coordinating responsibilities while paying attention to accuracy and efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Other duties may be assigned.
- Heavy Phone Work – Communicating with customers and technicians throughout the day.
- Dispatching & Coordination – Directing technicians as needed, ensuring schedules are efficient and organized.
- Scheduling – Managing and maintaining schedules for five plumbers with a focus on minimizing drive time, prioritizing critical calls, and balancing customer needs based on our hierarchy.
- Remain Calm Under Pressure – Handle stressful situations with composure while multitasking effectively.\
- Accuracy & Efficiency – Competently and accurately complete multi-step tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Billing & Portals – Navigate multiple customer-specific billing portals with ease.
- Process Improvement – Suggest and help implement new policies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
At the discretion of your lead or supervisor, you could be required to perform additional job related activities not specifically outlined above.
