Work with users and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand business processes and specific uses of business applications in meeting operational needs.

Work with users and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand business processes and specific uses of business applications in meeting operational needs.
- Supports business application users, reviewing and resolving process and application issues.
- Serves as liaison between local entity and Corporate ERP-IT team.
- Develop proposals and implementation plans for business system resolutions to user needs including resources required (personnel and costs) to execute.
- Drive business system application related projects, to deliver against committed schedules. Resolving or escalating issues as needed.
- Regularly meet with managers and users to evaluate business system performance and as needed develop and recommend improvements.
- Develop necessary knowledge base to become the subject matter expert (SME) in the interconnectedness of various business applications (SAP, Power BI, COAGO, ATR, AZO, etc).
- Follow all relevant policies and procedures (5S, Safety, ARC policies, especially IT-policies).
Hands On Experience With SQL Or Other Database Platforms
- Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Knowledge of Maintaining and Handling of ERP-Systems (SAP) and other business intelligence platforms (Power BI)
- Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI applications
- Knowledge of integrated and bolt-on production control systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Multitask various projects at once
- Project Management skills (SCRUM)
