Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly
Description
The Field Specialist is responsible for completing service and preventative maintenance calls (including washings) as requested by the company in a professional, efficient manner. The Field Specialist is the frontline of the brand in the field and is expected to act accordingly. The Field specialist is a well-rounded technician who can eventually be placed on a service crew for troubleshooting calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for completing solar washings in an efficient manner as assigned by the office
- Communicating with the office about their status in the field such as arriving late, rescheduling a job, and creating new service cases
- Responsible for conducting four-point inspections during solar washing and submitting proper material to the customer/office
- Responsible for completing basic solar troubleshooting on monitoring units and referring any future work back to the office/customer
- Work with a service crew leader to provide additional assistance on troubleshooting calls
