We are seeking a motivated and organized Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator to join our thriving chiropractic office. As the Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice by overseeing administrative tasks, managing the front desk, and jumping in where you're needed. If you have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients, providing exceptional customer service
- Manage the front desk, including scheduling appointments and answering phone calls
- Coordinate patient intake and registration processes
- Obtain Vitals on patients
- Maintain patient records and ensure their confidentiality
- Collaborate with the doctor and staff to ensure efficient office workflow
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator or in a similar administrative role
- Familiarity with chiropractic or healthcare office procedures is preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to jump in where needed
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using office software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment a must
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
