As a Patient Services Coordinator, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the patient service experience by delivering the service standard.
- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting patients
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- Work in safe manner at all times to benefit yourself and others; identify and correct hazards; comply with all safety policies and best practices
Essential Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct patients and visitors
- Check patients in at the front reception desk
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule/confirm patient appointments
- Perform all necessary paperwork (i.e. patient charts, referrals, appointment cards, welcome packets, and treatment plan forms)
- Collect co-payments and past-due balances on date of service
- Present financial policies and arrangements to patients
- Facilitate effective patient flow in conjunction with the clinical team
- Identify, reference, and apply insurance coverage and billing
- Perform basic computer functions
- Other duties as assigned

Pay:
$17.00 - $26.00 per hour with a competitive annual bonus
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Saturday availability from 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Experience:
- Dental or Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
