What You’ll Do
- Perform and analyze high-quality ultrasound examinations, providing essential diagnostic information for patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians to generate and review reports using PACS technology.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort, guiding them through procedures with expertise and compassion.
- Maintain top-tier imaging quality by monitoring equipment performance and following best practices.
- Contribute to a seamless workflow, assisting with scheduling, record-keeping, and exam preparation.
- Stay ahead of industry advancements, continuously developing your skills in perinatal imaging.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Graduate of an accredited bachelor’s degree program in diagnostic medical sonography or equivalent.
- Experience: At least two years of OB experience or recent experience in an MFM (Maternal-Fetal Medicine) clinic.
- Licensure & Certification:
- Current ARDMS certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (RVT preferred).
- CPR certification upon hire (AHA BLS required within 60 days).
- Nuchal translucency, Nasal Bone, and CLEAR certifications (or ability to obtain within six months).
- Fetal echocardiography certification is a plus!
- Tech-Savvy: Must be comfortable with electronic health records (EHR) and imaging software or willing to learn within 90 days.
