Entry Level Client Account Associate Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients utilizing a face-to-face customer service and sales approach.
- Observe, learn, and support senior account management in the sales process and client engagement strategies in an effort to close client accounts.
- Collaborate with the entry level Client Account Associate team to provide insight on the customer experience for an enhanced level of service.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in order to stay ahead of the competition in surrounding markets.
- Identify areas for process improvement, customer satisfaction, and additional training efforts.
- Provide accurate and solution-oriented responses to client inquiries with the utmost professionalism and dedication.
