What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a direct point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and support face to face in assigned markets.
- Help clients with account enrollment, resolving inquiries and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Assist in processing customer sales orders, handling sales inquiries, and managing product, pricing, and service updates.
- Use company systems to track and manage customer accounts, maintaining a detailed record of customer issues, solutions, and outcomes.
- Contribute to the achievement of team and company sales objectives and growth initiatives utilizing upselling and promotional sales techniques.
- Take part in ongoing training and development programs to expand your knowledge and skillset within account management.
What We’re Looking For:
- A motivated individual with a strong desire to meet and exceed customer account enrollment and sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- No prior experience required! 1-2 years experience in a client facing role is preferred.
