Sales and Customer Service Representative Duties :
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions through direct contact
- Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services our company has to offer
- Work directly with potential customers, upselling them using our sales training tactics
- Actively listen to the customer's needs and present possible options
- Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service sales team
