ABOUT THE COMPANY :
This is an outstanding opportunity for a qualified hands-on Controller or seasoned Accounting Manager in the Marin County region. The Controller will be responsible for the general oversight of the accounting team, as well as hands-on financial reporting and other accounting responsibilities.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
- Oversee and manage the accounting department
- Develop the annual budget and provide financial reporting guidance and support
- Reconciliation of historical financial records as needed
- Prepare monthly and year-end annual financial statements
- Manage the weekly payroll systems to ensure accuracy
- Recommend improvements for systems and process efficiency across the company
- Other duties as needed
