ABOUT THE COMPANY :
This is an outstanding opportunity for a qualified accounting management professional in the South Gate (Los Angeles) region to act as the Controller for a growing organization. The Controller will be responsible for the management / oversight of the accounting department improving internal processes and other handson accounting duties.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
- Oversee all accounting activities and develop / implement policies procedures and internal controls as needed
- Manage the analysis consolidation and accumulation of all company financial data and conduct financial reviews
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reporting for executives and stakeholders
- Oversee and manage the accounts receivable and cash flow functions
- Prepare financial forecasts and monitor budget variances as needed
- Oversee contract compliance and provide support for operations as needed
- Other duties as needed
