Renoxx Caregivers is in need of a self-motivated and experienced HR Specialist to be a part of our HR Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for prescreening candidates, ensuring that the right staff is matched with the right clients, and ensuring that all documents and trainings are provided and completed.

The HR Specialist is expected to perform the following duties:
- Candidate Sourcing.
- Prescreen candidates for the schedules available.
- Interview follow up
- Process staff documentation
- Process Reference checks.
- Follow up with staff on pending or expired documents.
- Assist in processing performance evaluation for staff.
- Keep updated records of staff to comply with regular state audits.
- Entering employment data into the computer database
- Create, arrange, and maintain a filing system, both electronic and physical
Skills
- Associate degree in HR or related field required
- 1-2 years related HR and administrative experience
- Experience working in a Caregiving agency
- Bilingual (English and Spanish speaking) preferably.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, outlook etc)
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Must be computer literate
- Good communication and customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $51,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
