SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Marketing Director to join Rensa Filtration's marketing team, driving innovative strategies that elevate brand awareness, generate leads, and optimize customer engagement. This hands-on role combines modern digital marketing practices, eCommerce UX design, personalized ABM, and creative problem-solving to bring impactful B2B campaigns and experiences to life in the fast-evolving world of air filtration solution. This role will have no direct reports.
ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Two Key Responsibilities:
- ABM Campaigns: Develop and execute dynamic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting key industries. Use advanced personalization, automation, channel strategy, and real-time analytics to optimize lead generation and pipeline velocity.
- eCommerce UX Design & Optimization: Lead the design and optimization of eCommerce user experiences to drive higher conversion rates, across owned platforms and 3rd party marketplaces. Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams to enhance product pages, check-out flows, and overall site experience for a frictionless buyer journey to increase sales
Additional Responsibilities
- Digital Storytelling: Leverage multi-channel platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, programmatic ads, email, and e-commerce) to build awareness, generate leads and sales, and enhance customer engagement.
- Data Analytics: Monitor performance metrics to inform decisions, new strategies, and pivot campaigns in real time, across CRM, SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, sales and more.
- Personalized Customer Journeys: Map and optimize digital experiences across the B2B buying journey using voice of customer research to ensure campaigns address modern pain points and trends in indoor air quality. Integrate interactive tools, retargeting, and automated workflows to further leads.
- Agile Marketing Leadership: Manage vendor relationships, coordinate projects, and optimize marketing budget for maximum ROI, incorporating agile methodologies to deliver rapid, iterative results.
Education and Experience:
- eCommerce & UX Proficiency: 5-10 years of experience with ABM platforms, developing end-to-end campaigns from brief and development, to execution and optimization.
- Advanced ABM Expertise: 5-10 years of experience with eCommerce strategy, design and execution, optimizing for a variety of marketplaces.
- CRM Fluency: 5-10 years of experience with CRM platforms for large scale enterprise companies with multiple business units.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Demonstrated success in implementing data-driven strategies, including predictive analytics, A/B testing, and real-time campaign optimization.
- Agile Project Management: Strong project management and organizational skills with experience in agile or lean marketing approaches.
- Technical Translation: Ability to translate complex technical information into engaging and concise messaging for modern B2B buyers.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactive and solutions-focused; adept at bringing ideas to life, problem-solving, and unifying diverse stakeholders.
