The Filter Shop team is excited to offer an Outside Sales position for our new Lincoln, NE office. This is a great opportunity in a growing industry and the potential to earn 6-figures for a motivated Sales professional!

We are currently seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team environment and is driven to exceed customer expectations. As a sales-oriented company, we are looking to create “Raving Fans”, not just satisfied customers.

At The Filter Shop, we provide solutions for commercial and industrial HVAC applications that involve filtration for their buildings or in their processes. We are recognized as a Master Distributor and offer a full-line of filter and filter related products. We are a growing company looking to expand in the Nebraska market with our third location. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic work environment that supports each other in working towards a common goal.

Our ideal Outside Sales Representative :

• Works well within a team environment and independently
• Has the desire and ability to learn about a growing global industry (we have a great team to back you up and support you)
• Is able to drive and manage the entire sales process - targeting prospects, identifying solutions and closing new business
• Brings in new customers, which will require door knocking and cold calling (hunter mentality. If you don’t know that term…please do not apply).
• Is comfortable working with decision makers and maintaining relationships
