Tree Service Sales Representative

Position Overview:The Sales Representative for Rent A Monkey Tree Service plays a critical role in driving company growth by building relationships with potential clients, closing estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This individual will collaborate closely with team members across the organization to maintain high standards of professionalism, communication, and service delivery while contributing to company sales goals.

Responsibilities:

The Sales Representative’s duties include, but are not limited to:

• Client Communication & Follow-Up:
• Consistently following up with clients according to the follow-up plan established by the Sales Manager to close estimates and maintain client relationships.
• Reaching out to clients post-service to confirm their complete satisfaction with the work performed.
• Accurate Documentation & Reporting:
• Ensuring that detailed and accurate notes are added to every estimate, including all relevant jobsite details and client preferences.
• Capturing high-quality photos for estimates to provide clear visuals for internal teams and clients.
• Sales Target Achievement:
• Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals as set by the Sales Manager.
• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
• Actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the target market.
• Attending networking events or engaging with community organizations to promote the company’s services.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Communicating job-specific requirements, challenges, or preferences to crew leaders and managers to ensure seamless execution of work.
• Sales Training & Personal Development:
• Actively participating in continuous sales training programs to refine skills, improve performance, and stay updated on industry trends.
• Market Knowledge & Feedback:
• Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to better position Rent A Monkey Tree Service.
• Providing constructive feedback to the Sales Manager or leadership regarding pricing, client preferences, and potential service improvements.
• Client Education:
• Educating potential clients on the value of Rent A Monkey Tree Service’s offerings, including safety, quality of work, and environmental benefits.
• Use of Technology:
• Utilizing CRM systems, estimating software, or other sales tools to manage leads, update records, and track sales progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
