From the initial trip planning stages to their departure, our team provides exceptional service and support. As a reservations team lead you will be responsible for guiding the team, optimizing workflow, and addressing escalated issues or inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the reservations team in escalated issues to ensure exceptional service.
- Optimize workflow and operational efficiency.
- Handle escalated issues and inquiries to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Be available on call during off hours to address emergencies.
