Production Manager responsibilities include developing relationships with team and clients, and overlooking all stages of the event - from pre-production, production during the event, and post-production. You will be linking up the communication between our internal team, external vendors, and the client to ensure their event goes smoothly and stress-free for them.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Attending industry conferences and trade shows for recruiting purposes
- Scheduling AV techs to events as well as scheduling freelancers and vendors
- Onboarding new employees.
- Develop relationships within industry networks to source candidates for available opportunities
- Responsible for approving projects and scheduling people
