**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant Property Manager who is detail oriented and organized to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our property management department, ensuring efficient and effective management of residential properties. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support and customer service, contributing to the efficient operation of our office.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in negotiating and enforcing leases and contracts
- Provide legal administrative support related to property management
- Perform data entry tasks to update property databases
- Support facilities management activities within the properties
- Assist in property leasing activities and tenant relations
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for maintenance tracking
-Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
-Manage incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer support
-Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in using phone systems and front desk operations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in legal administrative tasks within a property context
