This position can work out of any of our 11 US locations. The CSDM will work to enforce and improve sales department policies and procedures while helping the CSMs grow quickly in their positions.What you will do.Interview and hire new Customer Service ManagersTrain Customer Service ManagersWork with CSMs to develop into salespeopleReview all quotes and orders written by Customer Service Managers for accuracyDevelop policies and procedures to improve interdepartmental communication at RentexDevelop goals for the Customer Service Managers and report outWork with Customer Service Managers to strategically resolve challenging customer-facing issues.Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal contactUnderstand and effectively communicate the companys value, process, and current partnershipsConsistently improve your own knowledge of Rentex rental inventoryAbout you.You can manage a team and hold the individuals accountableYou have managed a team for at least two yearsYou can reprioritize tasks and manage all customer expectations to meet deadlinesYou can effectively manage a high volume of incoming calls and emailsYou are highly motivated and energeticYou have an informed point of viewYou can quickly make decisionsYou have strong written and verbal communication skillsYou have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word & Microsoft ExcelYou thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesAV KnowledgeYou have 5 years of AV experience in the live events marketYou have a strong knowledge of audio, video, lighting, and computer equipmentYou are well versed in standard live event production practices and standardsSales ExperienceYou have more than 5 years of experience maintaining existing customer relationshipsYou are to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a salespersons perspectiveYou can prepare reportsYou are proficient at analyzing data, building reports, and making strategic recommendationsAt Rentex, Inc. we offer a competitive total compensation package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
