We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment at our facilities and for our rental assets. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and contribute to the overall upkeep and appearance of our company spaces and assets. This role involves cleaning vehicles, rental properties, facilities and outdoor areas, ensuring that all spaces are maintained to the high standards our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning & Sanitizing (50%)
- Perform daily cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting common areas, offices, restrooms, and rental vehicles.
- Clean RVs, vehicles, trailers and other rental assets between rentals, ensuring they meet presentation and hygiene standards.
- Conduct pre- and post-rental inspections of rental assets (eg, RVs, vehicles, trailers etc), documenting condition with photos and completing cleaning and inspection checklists accurately.
Maintenance Support (20%)
- Assist with light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and reporting any repairs needed.
- Alert supervisors of damage, excessive wear, or other issues found during cleaning.
Waste Management (15%)
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal and recycling practices.
- Help maintain grounds cleanliness including sweeping walkways or clearing debris near the property and rental pads.
Inventory Management (10%)
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
- Alert supervisors when supplies are low or specialty products are needed.
Safety & Quality (5%)
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain quality standards in all cleaning processes.
- Use appropriate PPE and follow procedures when handling cleaning chemicals.
Additional Expectations:
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist with various tasks as required.
- Adherence to health and safety protocols at all times.
- Willingness to occasionally support other operational activities during peak times.
Ideal Candidates Have:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing or walking.
- Ability to communicate clearly and follow written and verbal instructions.
Requirements
Experience and Qualifications: Required:
- Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
Preferred:
- Experience in a similar role within a rental or service industry environment.

- Attendance and Reliability: Consistent punctuality with minimal unplanned absences.
- Work Quality: High cleaning standards with minimal need for rework or missed items.
- Efficiency: Timely completion of assigned tasks and adherence to cleaning schedules.
- Customer & Team Feedback: Positive responses from both internal teams and customers regarding the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities and rental assets.
- Reporting Accuracy: Prompt notification of issues, damage, or cleaning-related concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
Schedule and Work Environment:
- This is a part-time position with flexible hours tailored to meet both company needs and employee availability. On average, estimated to work between 10 and 20 hours per week, with more hours available during peak times and depending on business needs.
- Work may be performed in various environments including indoor office spaces, vehicle fleets, and outdoor areas at our facilities.
- Some travel for work may be required.
