$43.88 to $48.16/hr ($91,270 to $100,172 annually)
The primary purpose of this position is to provide executive-level administrative support to the assigned Assistant Superintendent and to other administrators within the department. The incumbent will serve as a support to district bargaining teams during bargaining sessions, planning sessions for bargaining, labor management and other HR meetings. Additionally, this role supports the production of district public records and manages multiple special projects and assignments related to HR talent and operations. Excellent judgment, human relations skills, organizational skills, technical and analytical skills are needed to prioritize and assure appropriate response to time-sensitive, legal, and collective bargaining issues.
