Renu Energy Solutions is currently looking to hire a HOA Coordinator in our Charlotte, NC office. The HOA Coordinator assists in the development and implementation of customer relations and assists with project management to achieve client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities - Project Coordination :
- Perform administrative and office support activities for Operations team;
- Upkeep of internal HOA database on specific HOA requirements by state, zone, neighborhood, etc;
- Work with clients on HOA submissions to their respective HOA review committees;
- Follow up with projects in review with HOA's to ensure review deadlines are being met;
- Coordinate with Operations Manager and Scheduler to ensure HOA approvals are obtained prior to installation date and advise when an HOA delay encounter may happen;
- Attend HOA meetings with or without clients as they arise;
- Work with customers and sales reps on alternative project options if an HOA denial occurs along with assisting in appeal documents if the customer want to appeal the current denial;
- Work with marketing and sales departments to identify solar friendly HOA neighborhoods for repetitive sales and marketing efforts
