Who We’re Looking For
Technical Expertise & Attention to Detail:
✔ Experience in epoxy/polyaspartic floor coatings, including preparation and installation
✔ Skilled in grinding, shot blasting, and concrete surface prep for proper adhesion
✔ Knowledge of mixing, application, and finishing techniques for high-performance flooring
Efficiency & Problem-Solving:
✔ Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality
✔ Strong troubleshooting skills to adjust for site conditions and ensure flawless results
✔ Ensures materials, equipment, and job sites are managed efficiently
Customer Service & Communication:
✔ Interacts professionally with clients, explaining the process and setting clear expectations
✔ Maintains a clean, organized, and safe worksite
✔ Communicates effectively with team members and management
Professionalism & Continuous Improvement:
✔ Takes pride in delivering top-quality flooring solutions
✔ Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
✔ Willing to learn new techniques and improve processes
Experience & Requirements
2 years of experience installing epoxy/polyaspartic flooring (required)
Experience in concrete coatings, surface prep, or similar field (required)
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment/materials (required)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
