Painting Production Manager – Lead Quality Projects in Amarillo

Renu Painting is seeking an experienced Painting Production Manager to lead and oversee our high-quality painting projects in Amarillo, TX. If you have 5 years of experience in production management within a professional painting company, a passion for quality assurance, and strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & manage crews to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Conduct daily project inspections to uphold safety and efficiency
• Develop and manage production schedules to optimize workflow
• Oversee material purchases, deliveries, and company assets (vehicles, tools, equipment, and materials)
• Manage project budgets and costs to ensure financial efficiency
• Implement quality assurance programs and explore new technologies for operational improvements
• Communicate project updates and changes to customers and team members
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally

What We’re Looking For:

• 5 years of production management experience in a professional painting company
• Strong leadership & problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Comfortable with technology (smartphones, computers, and project management software)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights as needed
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
