Are you an experienced and dynamic leader? We are seeking a Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of all of our facilities. You'll ensure the highest standards of care, compliance with regulations, and a positive environment for residents and staff. A successful NH Administrator should be able to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of our facilities, the Renvilla, Meadows on Main, and Prairie View of Hector.
What We Offer:
- Salary Range: $104,000 - $128,000 per year, based on experience.

What We Are Looking For:
- Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Financial management and budgeting experience.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a long-term care setting.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Licenses:
- Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Minnesota.
Location:
- Work Location: On-site at Renville Health Services, Renville, MN.
- Travel Requirements: Minimal travel is required.
