About the Role

Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales goals and objectives on a quarterly and annual basis.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing feedback and support.
Implement training strategies to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, administrative staff, and clinical teams.
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Recruit, hire, train, and retain top sales talent to drive district performance.
Analyze sales data and market conditions to guide strategic decision-making.
Manage district budgets, ensuring cost-effective sales operations.

Qualifications
Must Have:
5 years of medical sales experience (or 3 years with a Master’s degree).
3 years of leadership experience managing sales teams.
Experience in implantable medical devices or therapy development sales.
Nice to Have:
Strong business acumen with experience in financial data analysis and strategic planning.
Proven ability to build and sustain a high-performance sales culture.
Experience with managed care and reimbursement landscapes.
Demonstrated success in contract negotiation and market development.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
