Job Title: Financial Executive
Classification: Exempt

Reports to: President and CEO
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Job Overview
Repacorp is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Executive who oversees our businesses’ financial department. Someone interested in joining a family-owned atmosphere where their role is as a financial advisor to the CEO and executive team on strategic planning to maximize the company’s profits and plan for continued growth.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
· Drive the company’s financial planning
· Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
· Develop and monitor objectives for the financial department and all financial affairs of the organization
· Develop appropriate tracking methods for revenue and expenses
· Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
· Delegate responsibilities to a department team which includes: a Senior Accountant, Credit and Collections, AP and Billing Specialist.
· Establish standard costs of products and update as appropriate based on associated expenses. This would include establishing machine overhead and labor rates.
· Coordinate and ensure completion and accuracy of monthly financial close and issuance of financial statements.
· Gather financial data for analysis and forecasting with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance
· Through oversight of Senior Accountant, review / approve / perform all balance sheet reconciliations and maintain General Ledger integrity.
· Determine how the company and each division should operate to maximize efficiency and productivity.
· Liaise between external accounting firm, external auditors, Our Bank for treasury management, quarterly covenant calcs and equipment financing, manage our 401k plan and assist finalizing payroll
· Ensure compliance with the law, tax laws and regulations specific to our industry, and company’s policies.
· Handle negotiations for mergers, acquisitions, and the establishment of new divisions within the company.
· Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system
· Appoint managers and Senior team leaders within the financial department
· General Controller abilities
Needed Competencies and Qualifications
· Hands-on manufacturing and financial accounting experience
· Must have previous experience in manufacturing environment (5 -7 years minimum)
· Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline
· Certifications such as CPA, CFA, and CMA are preferred
· Advanced Microsoft Excel experience along with all other Microsoft Software Programs
· Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and critical thinking
· Working knowledge of accounting systems (A/P, A/R, Payroll, Billing, General Ledger)
Cube, Onestream, Seradex
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
· Ability to work well with others, handle stressful situations and respond to changing priorities
· Professional interaction with all other Repacorp employees, business contacts, and customers
Work Environment
While performing job duties, this employee will spend a large percentage of day sitting at a computer in an office environment.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires sitting, walking, and bending all day.
Experience Required
· Must have previous accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, 5-7 years minimum.
Education Requirements
· Bachelors in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related discipline
Certifications Preferred
· CPA or CMA Certification
