Base Pay Range: $16/hr-$20/hr ($33,000 - $42,000)
Bonus Opportunity: $10,000 Annually
Total Annual Comp (Base Bonus): up to $52,000 per year

Hours: M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm, Onsite
Travel: 0-5% (As Necessary for Training)

We are seeking driven, motivated individuals looking to make an impact! As a medical equipment Repair Technician at Repair Authority, you will be responsible for the diagnosis and effective repair of medical equipment that services patients' need in their home including oxygen concentrators, CPAP/BiPAPs, ventilators and more. The work you do is critical to the end user patient. No experience is necessary for this role. Come with a desire to learn something new and we'll provide all of the training necessary for you to be successful!
Responsibilities
- Inspect and test malfunctioning medical or related equipment, following manufacturers' specifications and using test and analysis instruments.
- Test or calibrate components or equipment, following manufacturers' manuals and troubleshooting techniques, using hand tools, power tools, or measuring devices.
- Keep records of maintenance, repair, and required updates of equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance or service, such as cleaning, lubricating, or adjusting equipment.
- Disassemble malfunctioning equipment and remove, repair, or replace defective part.
- Study technical manuals or attend training sessions provided by equipment manufacturers to maintain current knowledge.
- Other duties include general labor tasks such as cleaning equipment, warehouse organization, etc.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in medical equipment repair a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and fulfilling orders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills to use equipment repair processing systems.
- Maintain safety guidelines and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements
- Physically able to lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs.
- Standing for long-periods of time, up to 8 hours per day.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
