Procurement Specialist
The Procurement Specialist at RepairBit is responsible for managing the inventory, tracking, and procurement of consumable supplies across all departments. Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (~$29 - $38/hr.)

Responsibilities:
- Track, monitor, and maintain records of burnable inventory to ensure accurate usage and forecasting.
- Collaborate with upper management to identify purchasing needs and align procurement strategies with company goals.
- Evaluate and select vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain inventory management systems to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Monitor inventory levels and provide regular reports on usage trends and purchasing activities.
- Work cross-functionally with departments to address inventory-related concerns and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Proactively identify and resolve procurement and inventory-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in, Administration, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management or any related field.
- Knowledge of procurement practices and inventory management.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; proficiency in email communication.
- Willingness to learn and become proficient in ERP/MRP systems.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
