Summary / objective
The Territory Manager will support the Sales & Operations Team. This person will grow and manage all sales activities within an exclusive geographical market area as well as exposure to national, regional, and local MSO's, dealership groups, repair networks, franchises and other high value business targets as assigned. Other duties will include working closely with customers to increase and / or maintain monthly volume targets, as well as monitor service, delivery, and unit performance.

- Increase the volume and revenue from existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities from existing and new clients
- Ensure existing clients know and understand the benefits of all available asTech service offerings
- Train users on asTech products and services to ensure they receive maximum benefit
- Create and maintain positive partnerships with incoming and existing target accounts
- Gain a thorough understanding of the business model and serve as a liaison between the customers and the organization.
- Contact customer locations through personal visits, phone calls and other methods to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Exceed sales budget
- Collect and regularly update information from clients related to projected volumes and provide the same to the National Director of Account Management
- Utilize all appropriate means to research, respond to and resolve customer issues and concerns
- Work with Operations Managers to provide stellar customer service to customers
- Responsible for flying to or driving to various customer locations within the assigned geographic area
