Estimator Project Manager

Repairs Unlimited is in need of Estimator Project Managers. Duties and Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Create scope of work and CoreLogic  Symbility & Xactimate estimate for each project.
• Full responsibility for Project management
• Compliance with Third Party Administrator (TPA) Programs
• Perform marketing and business development activities to increase leads.
• Liaison between property owner and insurance adjuster to ensure we have an approved scope.
• Review and Approve expenses for each project on a weekly basis
• Invoicing of projects.
• Maintain contact with client through the collection of funds owed including the Certificate of Satisfaction and Completion .
• Maintain 24/7 availability when on call during your rotation time. (approx. 1 week every month) Respond to losses to secure work authorizations, assess damages and coordinate equipment and labor resources.
