Salary: Competitive base salary uncapped commission (OTE: $65,000 in Year 1, $80,000 in Year 2)

What You'll Do
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll embark on an exciting journey of professional growth, where you'll be trained to become an expert in sales, business development, and talent acquisition. Key responsibilities include:

• Building and managing client relationships by identifying opportunities and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Proactively sourcing candidates through headhunting, networking, and targeted outreach.
• Driving business development efforts to identify and secure new clients, expanding your market presence.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial engagement to successful placements.
• Staying ahead of market trends to provide consultative advice to clients and candidates.

What We're Looking For

• A recent graduate with a degree in Business or similar field.
• A strong drive to develop and excel in business development.
• Confidence, resilience, and the ability to influence and persuade.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a bonus but not essential.
