Job Description
As a key member of the REPI Group team, the Executive Assistant and Office Manager is responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the Managing Director. Key responsibilities include:
Administrative Tasks:
• Manage complex schedules for the MD
• Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the MD
• Coordinate meeting logistics, including arranging catering and booking conference rooms
• Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the MD
• Prioritize emails and respond accordingly
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documents for the MD
Office Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
• Assist in planning events and initiatives for the office
• Purchase inventory of promotional products and handle distribution logistics to customers and sales team members
