locations and mobile units and coordinating with clinical professionals in the field. Are you looking

Primary Responsibilities
- Answer phones and schedule appointments.
- Friendly and respectful towards clients over the phone.
- Answer inquiries, provide estimates and set- up appointments for clients.
- Coordinate appointments based on clients' needs and drive time to location.
- Work between multiple work order software programs.
- Maintain communication with clinical professionals throughout the day.
- File uploads, downloads, and document scanning.
- Data Entry.
- Coordinate with administration and office manager.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.

Full time position working a minimum of 32 hours per week, the schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday and alternating working Friday and Saturday, 8 : 45am to 6 : 15pm.
