Responsibilities :
- Sort and organize incoming mail and packages.
- Distribute mail to the appropriate departments or employees.
- Prepare outgoing mail, including packaging, labeling, and affixing postage.
- Maintain an organized mailroom, keeping track of supplies and equipment.
- Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters, scanners, and other machinery.
- Coordinate with courier services for mail and package delivery and pickup.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all mail and packages.
- Assist with general office duties as required.
