We are currently seeking a full-time Inside Sales to join our team in Eugene, Oregon. This position is responsible for assisting customers in ordering products, answering questions about our products, and assisting with the sales program development. Because this position communicates daily with customers by phone and email, it is imperative for the person in this position to possess good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
We Offer:
Generous commission structure $15 per hour base pay:
- Commissions rate is .75%/sales
- Avg Sale amount $2500 - $3200
- Avg sales per week is $50,000 - $130,000 (seasonal)
Hybrid remote / in-person position, Monday - Friday (8 am – 4:30 pm) Requires in-person work up to 2 days per week from our West Eugene facility.
30 days of paid training on site will be required

Our philosophy is that all team members need to know how our products work, and how we provide technical support to our customer base. As such, this position will be thoroughly cross-trained in technical support activities, and will work technical support shifts up to 20 work days per year.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum 3 years sales experience.
- Minimum 2 years mechanical experience.
- Associates degree or equivalent years of sales or customer service experience.
- Excellent trouble-shooting and analytical skills, desire to solve problems, and make things work.
- Good judgment, capacity to independently evaluate situations, and identify the optimum course of action.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and set appropriate priorities.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent organization and time management skills, and adapt well to change.
- Ability to obtain working knowledge of Repower kits and installation requirements.
- Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to accurately understand a customer’s needs and match those needs with an effective solution.
- Initiative in seeking ways to contribute to the success of the company that go beyond a narrow definition of job responsibilities.
Essential Functions:
- Answer customer sales calls and emails to assist customers with making purchases which will meet their equipment specifications.
- Process sales in accordance with established procedures. Enter all sales data in an accurate and timely manner.
- Follow up with customers after they have received their product to ensure full satisfaction.
- Answer technical support phone calls and emails
- Assist in the prototyping and development of new products
- Active problem solving, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Adhere to Repower Specialists Ltd. company policies and procedures
- Promptly communicate product changes and issues to management
- Effectively and efficiently use computer and technology systems
- Researching and developing our sales systems and protocols
- Identifying opportunities for the company outside of the existing structure
Safety Requirements:
- Steel toe safety shoes
- PPE including eyewear, gloves and mask when necessary
- Use equipment in a safe and respectful manner
- Report all accidents, incidents and hazards to management
- Practice hazard communication and awareness
- Work in a safe and responsible manner
