OVERVIEW: RepRally is a VC-backed startup that bridges the gap between emerging brands and local retailers. The Company is looking for Specialty Account Managers.
Territory exclusivity: If you are selected for this , you will represent the platform with exclusive access to sell and earn commissions and bonuses from our network of c-store products in your area. This position is incredibly flexible and best suited for people who would like to earn supplemental income and represent really cool brands. The best candidates are folks with prior experience in field sales, convenience store sales, beverage sales, and CPG industry experience.
Responsibilities
Account Managers are responsible for growing our network of retail accounts and driving volume growth in existing accounts
- Increase distribution of our partner products by opening new, key on and off-premise accounts
- Manage relationships with existing retail accounts to sell volume, monitor price, and ensure proper product merchandising with our merchant partners
- Execute weekly visits at retail locations for prospecting, selling, and managing all field sales marketing material.
- Develop target account strategies, and quality control standards, and create reports to track sales performance
- Improve velocity in accounts by building displays, sampling, and educating retail employees
- Keep an eye on market and competitor trends and provide strategic feedback on how our business can better meet its customer needs
Qualifications
1-2 years experience in outside sales working with Independent Convenience Stores / Food Service Stores.
- Awesome analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to define and execute goals without significant oversight. Highly self-motivated.
- A killer instinct with strong selling and negotiation skills. You’re a quick-on-your-feet problem-solver.
- High emotional intelligence to manage and grow customer relationships.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
