ABOUT US: RepRally is a fast growing Series-A technology startup based in New York City. At RepRally, we’re building the ecosystem for wholesale commerce. RepRally unites brands, sales reps, and distributors into one platform. Our company is scaling exponentially and we’re hiring interns or co-ops to support our product management team. While we intentionally keep a low-profile, our nimble team consists of elite talent supported by leading vertical investors including Greylock Partners and Indicator Ventures.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
As an Intern, Growth & Product Operations you'll support our growth and project management teams in developing automation solutions and system improvements. Working alongside our project managers, engineering, and GTM teams, you'll help build workflows, investigate business questions, and contribute to optimizing our systems. This internship offers exposure to key business processes and significant learning opportunities for those interested in technology, business operations, or entrepreneurship.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Assist in automating and optimizing workflows across projects and business functions
- Help maintain and configure systems that support our project management and GTM operations
- Support the development of AI-powered solutions for operational efficiency and process improvement
- Contribute to building dashboards and reports that provide business insights to project managers and leadership
- Help identify bottlenecks and opportunities for workflow improvements that reduce friction and increase efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM operations, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to execute projects from concept to completion
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- Foundational coding skills with a growth mindset and eagerness to expand technical capabilities
- Experience analyzing and manipulating data using SQL, Python, or R
- Proficiency with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable) is preferred
- Understanding of API integrations and workflow automation principles
- Enthusiasm for AI-driven solutions and large language model applications
- Analytical approach to problem-solving with strong critical thinking abilities
- Fundamental understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices
- Experience with these platforms is beneficial but not mandatory; we prioritize candidates with a demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies!
THIS ROLE IS:
- Ideally, full-time (40 hours)
- Fully in-person in our office in Flatiron, Manhattan
