Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to act as the liaison between our customers and service technicians. In this role, you will ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their service requirements, recommending necessary repairs and maintenance, scheduling service appointments, and communicating job progress.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate staff.
- Evaluate the needs of each customer accurately, and recommend optimal automotive maintenance and repair services.
- Answer customer questions and provide clear and precise information on the services provided.
- Prepare detailed repair orders, quotes, and invoices.
- Maintain frequent communication with both customers and technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Manage schedules and workflow to maximize efficiency.
- Keep track of customer service records and follow up as necessary to promote customer loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
