Hyper growth heathcare (medical sales) related SaaS company seeks Director of Research and Product Development.
Comapny was founded in 2013, profitable in 2020, and now growing at 46% per year. Technology is the #1 market leader, patented, proprietary, and disruptive. This comapny has forever changed how hospitals veiw compliance and infection control at the C-level which is key in all acute care settings. Opening is with the goal of taking exsisting technology into additional verticals. This hire, if successful, will have the opportunity to be promoted to a VP level ASAP.
This is a true product development, research and development, product managment role. You will direct the end-to-end product lifecycle. From concept to commercialization. You will work closely with the Founder (ex-Stryker), CEO, President (ex-Philips), COO, CIO, Sales (ex-Stericycle), and Marketing.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in (product development and product management) and desire to research product innovation, market analysis, and product management. Product strategy, project management, market and customer insights, cost analysis, feasability studies, quality control / compliance, and stakeholder communication are key.
Salary : Negoctiable (based on industry standard).
Bonus : Yes (TBD)
Pre-IPO Stock Equity : Can be eraned.
Travel : Yes (20% and / or TBD)

Seeking true product development experience from any industry. Proven track record of delievering products from concept to commercialization. Strong understanding of product development process, including design, engineering, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing. And, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-pace, dynamic environment. Those that have had experience with start-ups and / or taking an exsisting product / technology and finding a different vertical please do apply.
