Job Summary :
Repsol Renewables North America is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Director to lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes while partnering with senior leadership to provide actionable insights for business decision-makings. The FP&A Director will lead and manage the FP&A team while coordinating activities across interdisciplinary functions (O&M, E&C, Development, Energy Management, Finance, Corporate functions, etc.) to deliver timely reporting and analysis to keep management and stakeholders apprised of business performance.
The position is based in Downtown Houston with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the preparation and coordination of the annual budget and forecast processes.
- Develop and present comprehensive financial reporting packages for senior management and corporate teams.
- Lead the implementation of new performance management systems, tools and methods.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of financial models used to manage budgets, forecasts tracking of historical financial information.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to financial processes and reporting, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and decision support.
- Serve as a trusted business partner to key departments providing insights to support decision-making.
- Act as a key point of contact for financing partners on performance of projects and portfolios.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering an environment of collaboration, growth, and accountability.
