Job Summary:
Provides support to the branch offices by assisting with administrative duties related to escrow closings.
Essential Functions:
Receipt contracts; send receipted page/contracts to selling & listing agents; turn in orders; request buyer and seller information per contract; scan to commitment/HOA department; send commitment package to lender; order payoffs; contact with agents, new lenders, payoff lenders, clients for information and status; follow up when requested information has not yet been received; schedule closing appointments; prepare Closing Disclosures (CD); send CD to selling agent and listing agent; prepare closing package; fund file; disburse file (balance file, request checks from accounting, disburse checks to all parties); prepare file and send to shipping department; will assist the front desk duties as needed
Typical Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Typical Range of Experience:
3 years’ experience in a related real estate or title field
Independence/Supervision:
Limited supervision
Reports to:
Branch Manager
Working Conditions or Accommodations:
May lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
