Location: Fishers, Indiana (Projects throughout Indiana and Northern Kentucky)
Republic Indy, LLC, a growing General Contractor headquartered in Fishers, is actively seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations across residential and light commercial construction projects in Indiana and Northern Kentucky. This is a key leadership role on our team—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and consistently delivers quality work.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily field operations across multiple projects, working closely with our Construction Coordinator.
- Supervise subcontractors and trade partners to ensure project quality, safety compliance, and budget control.
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and drive continuous improvement in field efficiency.
- Monitor job costs and reduce unnecessary expenses or material waste.
- Provide responsive and professional customer service throughout the build process.
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA, local building codes, and all other regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct final walkthroughs with homeowners to ensure all work is completed with no outstanding deficiencies.
- Coordinate and manage all required inspections.
