Campaign Field Director

Responsibilities

• Lead telemarketing initiatives to expand outreach and drive engagement.

• Market programs and services to increase visibility and participation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, demonstrating effective management skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a track record of enhancing client satisfaction.
• Experience in door-to-door marketing or electioneering is preferred.
• Familiarity with telemarketing practices is advantageous.
